CERTIFICATION STANDARDS

ASQUAPRO certification is controlled by various general or specifically adapted texts for each type of projection:

• the mark for preparation for certification

• the 8 booklets published by our association

• the rating benchmarks for each type of certificate

• the procedures to obtain and renew the certificate.

The preparation sheet is a common document for both dry and wet tracks. It is offered for the use of trainers and specifies the scope of knowledge necessary for the preparation of candidates for the certification.

Trainers, candidates and anyone interested in detailed knowledge of shotcrete can rely on the 8 booklets published by ASQUAPRO.

These 8 booklets cover not only the formulation, implementation and control of shotcrete, but also dimensioning, support and repair, as well as the use of fiber-reinforced concrete.

ASQUAPRO choose an examiner and a certifier.

The examiner supervises the theoretical and practical tests with the candidates. The examiner also collects and analyzes the professional experience of the candidate (hours of practice, nature and diversity of each types of work).

The certifier focuses on:

• procedures to obtain and renew certification

• the scoring benchmarks to deliver or not the certificate according to the certification test in the presence of the examiner.

These certification standards are intended for examiners and the ASQUAPRO certifier.

Candidates can prepare for the certification test by consulting the “Implementation” and “Health and Safety” booklets.
